  2.  Welcome to the Mellosoftron III!

  5.  The Mellosoftron is a low latency, fully programmable virtual 
  6.  sampler.
  7.  
  8.  In short, it turns your PC into a sampler which you can play 
  9.  live with a MIDI keyboard, with a sequencer or with any MIDI 
  10.  file player. Any sound card with a DirectSound 3 (or later) 
  11.  driver will do - you don't need a particular brand or model. 
  12.  You can edit all instrument patches and create new ones from 
  13.  scratch using your own WAVs as sound sources.

  15.  Since it comes with an integrated patch editor and uses the 
  16.  same file formats (PRGs and WAVs) as WAVmaker and the MIDInight 
  17.  Express, the Mellosoftron is the ideal tool for the creation of 
  18.  your own soft synth instruments. Add the Acid WAV synthesizer 
  19.  and sound editor and you have a virtual recording studio inside 
  20.  your PC!

  22.  SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: MS Windows 9x/NT/2000. DirectSound 3 or 
  23.                       later. Pentium strongly recommended.
